Yummy Healthy Food (even if you HATE healthy foods!)


 

HI GUYS!

These are some of my favorite healthy swaps for your average junk food. You can find all this food at Kroger, or Whole Foods, basically anywhere you can buy groceries. Here are the foods I used in this video:

Spaghetti: Kroger Brand Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Spaghetti Sauce: Whole Foods Brand Marinara

Bread: Dave’s Killer Bread
Avocados: Kroger
Lemon Juice: Any bottled lemon juice, or real, fresh squeezed lemon juice if you so choose
Salt & Pepper

Harvest Snap Peas in Sea Salt
Frozen Edamame (found in the frozen veggies section of your grocery store.)

Granola: Whole Foods Brand Strawberry Hemp & Hemp Plus Flaxseed
Bananas: Kroger
Peanut Butter: Used in the video, Organic Santa Cruz, but I prefer Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter. (they were out.)
Almond Milk: Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original
